Permanent Dermal Filler
Aquamid Treatment is a simple, non surgical procedure that produces fast and effective results without recovery time. It also effectively shapes facial contours and lips. The product is produced by Contura SA a subsidiary of Danish pharmaceutical company Ferroson A/S.
Aquamid is commonly used for the facial area which shows signs of aging, such as deep frown lines between eyebrows, smoker’s lines around lips. Lips can be made fuller and smoother with better definition. It is also useful for treating acne and chicken pox scars.
Aquamid is a non re-absorbable, long-lasting product. It does not become hard once injected and does not migrate from the point of injection. Scientific research has shown that the gel will stay in its place for at least 7 years. Progressive ageing of the skin does of course still continue.
How is the treatment administered?
Aquamid is given by subcutaneous (under the skin) injection. To avoid discomfort and render the treatment completely painless, a local anesthetic injection is given. The treatment takes 20 - 30 minutes, depending on the area treated.
Post procedure Recommendations
Do not massage or rub the treated area. Do not use makeup until the next morning. Apply ice on and off and try to stay in an air conditioned room for 4 hours after treatment. It is recommended that you avoid all activities that raise the body temperature for at least 24 hours after the procedure. Avoid sport, dancing, sunbathing, hot baths, sauna and spa activities. Also avoid hot drinks and excessive alcohol. After 24 hours, normal activities can recommence.
Post procedure side effects
For the first hour after the procedure numbness or tingling may occur due to the local anesthetic. At the sight of the procedure redness and slight swelling may occur. These side effects should disappear within 24 hours. As with any injection, bruising may occur. It is generally only “pin point” in size and can be covered with makeup after 12 hours.

Anti-wrinkle injection
Botox is the purified form of Botilinum toxin Type A, which is a natural bacteria by-product, approved by the US Federal Drug Administration since 1989, and used for medical purposed for over 18 years.
Where can it be used?
Botox is widely used for fine lines and wrinkles on the forehead, frown lines (between the eyes), crow’s feet and under eyes. Smoker’s lines around lips, prominent chin creases and horizontal lines on the neck can be reduced using small doses of Botox. It may also be used for excessive perspiration treatment and jaw reshaping.
How does it work?
Botox relaxes certain muscles leaving the overlaying skin smooth and unwrinkled. The advantage of Botox is that specific facial areas can be treated and other surrounding facial muscles are left to function as usual producing normal facial expressions without wrinkles.
What can I expect after my treatment?
Results are visible three to seven days after the injection. You will look younger with dramatically softened facial wrinkles and expression lines. Lifted eyebrows open up the eyes for more youthful, revitalized appearance.
How long will it last?
Botox is temporary (the effects last for about three to six months) Clinical studies show the duration of effect increases over time so you may require less frequent injections to maintain the results.
Is it painful?
Due to the very small needles used the injections are not painful, although depending on how sensitive you are and for your comfort, your practitioner may use a local anesthetic.
Some people need only ice the area before treatment. Treatment takes about ten minutes
Post procedure Recommendations
Do not massage or rub the treated area. Stay upright for the following 4 hours after the procedure and if possible in an air conditioned environment. It is recommended that you avoid all activities that raise the body temperature for at least 24 hours after the procedure. Avoid sport, dancing, sunbathing, hot baths, sauna and spa activities. Also avoid hot drinks and excessive alcohol.
Post procedure side effects
At the sight of the procedure redness, pain, burning, or slight swelling may occur in some patients. Bruising may be experienced by some patients a few days after the procedure however it is generally only “pin point” in size and can be covered with makeup.

How is the treatment administered?
A session lasts for an average of 30 minutes, during which the practitioner will inject the substance precisely into the area to be treated, using a prefilled, entirely sterile syringe.
Is it painful?
Due to the design of the Esthélis syringe, and to the structure of the product, (which permits very fine needles) the injections are not painful, although depending on how sensitive you are and for your comfort, your practitioner may use a local anesthetic.

Skin rejuvenation
Alpha hydroxyl acids or AHAs rejuvenate the skin by encouraging the shedding of old, sun-damaged surface skin cells. The most potent proven skin anti-aging product is Glycolic Acid, a Fruit Acid made from natural sugar cane. Glycolic Acid works by stimulating the skin to produce collagen and elastin, the natural proteins in the skin that are responsible for the skin’s normal healthy smoothness and suppleness. These important proteins are directly destroyed by the sun. Glycolic Acids also help fade dark blemishes and pigment spots and exfoliate, or gently remove, the thickened, dead outer layer of skin that occurs with sun exposure.
At BIMC Anti-aging Clinic you can have a series of Fruit Acid Peels to correct and prevent sun damage, repair fine lines and wrinkles that occur with sun exposure, reduce pigment spots and promote a smooth, healthy uniform complexion.
This procedure only takes about 15 minutes and can be performed on the face, neck, chest and back of hands.
The number of peels is dependant on each individuals required outcome. Some people may just opt for one peel once every three months. Others may greatly benefit from a bi-weekly series (5-8) peels over a number of weeks.
Procedure
Firstly, the area is cleaned and dried. The peel is then applied. Wait 2-5 minutes (depending on the sensitivity of the skin and/or the amount of damage). The area is then cleaned again this time with purified iced water. A Vitamin C serum and sun block is then applied.
Is it painful?
The procedure is uncomfortable (stings mildly) with a feeling of heat and / or tingerling sensation.
Post procedure Recommendations
Immediately after the procedure, do not rub or massage the treated area. Avoid the sun. Apply a SPF 30 sun block on the area every morning before going out.
Post procedure side effects
Redness, tenderness, blotchiness or slight swelling may occur in some patients within the first few hours after the procedure. The recommendations are therefore ice or iced water gently wiped over the area. Within 12 hours there should be no side effects however, over the course of the next week the skin will exfoliate (peel and become dry).

What is HGH?
Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is a naturally occurring hormone in the human body which is secreted by the pituitary gland. It is responsible for growth and repair of body tissues including the muscle, skin and bone. HGH levels naturally rise sharply throughout puberty and peak at about the age of 20, and then slowly decrease throughout the rest of our life. Someone around twenty years of age will have nearly five times the amount of HGH as someone in their fifties.
Most Common Benefits
Some of the most common benefits of Human Growth Hormone (HGH) are tissue repair, muscle growth, elastin in skin, bone strength, energy, metabolism, physical and mental health, in short it is very important to just about every aspect of our life. HGH also assists the body in reducing fat and increased muscle mass it also improves cholesterol levels significantly and results can be seen within just a couple of months of beginning the use of HGH. Other benefits of HGH can include emotional well-being, increased vitality and improved sleep patterns.
Procedure
Before acceptance onto the program, patients must have a blood test to determine their current HGH and cholesterol levels. Dosages for patients vary depending primarily on their weight and age. The main aim of this program is to raise HGH level back to 70–75% of your youth and to maintain that level. HGH is an ongoing treatment.
How is the Treatment Administered
Treatment consists of one injection a day for five days then with a two day break. Best option is to injected in the morning so not to interfere with your body’s own production of HGH which happens whilst you sleep. HGH can be administered by self injection within your own home after initial doctor’s consultation and instructions.
HGH is available only on doctor’s prescription and is not available over the counter, Sprays and ‘Tablets’ don’t work.
