BIMC Hospital came from a concept to establish an international standard medical centre to assist those in need of medical attention. On July 27 1998, with only 10 staff, BIMC opened its doors.
With a growing number of clients, 3 Doctor’s consultation rooms and 2 observation beds was merely not enough. Needing a larger and more comprehensive facility, 7 years later, BIMC moved to a 800 sqm purpose built facility located opposite Mall Bali Galeria at Simpang Siur.
In 2007, BIMC took another large step and officially became a hospital. To keep up-to-date with the ever changing medical profession, BIMC Hospital continually updates its facility and staff to meet both Indonesian and international standards of practice for health care services.
The BIMC Hospital has more to offer:
Six comfortable doctor’s consultation rooms
Two treatment rooms for minor surgery and wound treatments
Three emergency room beds fully equipped and ready for any emergency situation
Four intensive care beds with full monitoring equipment, including one isolation bed for communicable diseases
An operating theatre with a HEPA-filter system for continuous air sterilization
31 hospital beds with hotel and hospital standard facilities, including two isolation rooms for infectious patients
